The other brand which provides laser treatment for the toenail fungus is Pathose Pinpointe. This laser therapy functions in a  similar manner but claims to be more precise in yielding results. This therapy is also waiting for FDA approval.

Laser therapy costs around $1,000 and is not covered by health insurance. For this reason it is not a widely used therapy, though supporters claim it is only a matter of time before the treatment is a more mainstream alternative.
